In 2012, the Amazon found me. Everything shifted.
What followed was 14 years of real work — Vipassana, Ayurveda, shamanic traditions, sound healing, death doula work. I didn't collect certifications. I lived it.

[ The Work ]
My primary work for 15 years. I work exclusively with indigenous people within their ancient tradition. No new age. Only real masters.
Serious Amazonian medicine. Over 100 bioactive components that reset and activate the immune system. 10+ years working with it.
I teach sound healing and hold sound journeys. Singing bowls, voice, frequency — as a portal to the body and what lives there. I also train others to facilitate.
Tantric and Somatic practices. Reclaiming the body. Reconnecting to pleasure, power, and presence. I create online tantric experiences for women who are ready to come back to themselves — fully. Available online.
I work with families who are losing or have lost a loved one. With people who want to explore their own mortality — not from fear, but from curiosity and readiness. With those carrying unprocessed grief that has nowhere to go. And with people who are simply afraid of death and want to look at that fear directly, with someone who holds space.
People see something in me they want for themselves — not just knowledge, but embodiment. How to show up. How to hold space and also hold yourself. I mentor people on their spiritual path and practitioners deepening into the work. Available online.

The sacred and the sensual are not opposites. The abundance and spirituality are not opposites. This is not a philosophy I read somewhere.
It is what I have lived — and what I bring into the room with everyone I work with.

The medicine does not belong to us. It belongs to the people who have carried it through centuries of colonisation, erasure, and displacement. The Deep Forest Foundation is my commitment to ensuring something flows back — to the communities in South America whose traditions I have been privileged to learn within.
We support indigenous tribes across Peru and Brazil with direct, non-extractive funding. No intermediaries. No Western frameworks imposed on ancient ones. Resources that the communities themselves identify as needed.
